Davis Surveying (N/K/A  Davis / Wanic Land Surveying, P.C.) was founded in Escanaba, Michigan by Mel Davis, RLS in 1969. Terence Wanic, PS joined the firm in 1992 and has served as Company President since 2001. Mel Davis was elected Delta County Surveyor in 1972 and also continues to this day in that position.

Davis / Wanic Land Surveying has accumulated a complete inventory of early Survey Records dating to the late 1800's.  This accumulation of Records allows us to accurately recover and/or relocate numerous "GLO" and property controlling Survey Corners that have been destroyed or removed through time and improvements.
